Stephen Linn

Founder & CEO

Stephen is the founder of AmpliFLY Entertainment, Ignite Music, and White Cup Black Lid.

Before starting his businesses, Stephen served as SVP of Broken Bow Records' artist management company and as Sr. Director of Music Programming and Promotion at CMT/MTV Networks. He also served for eight years as the Entrepreneur In Residence at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center for Project Music and Entertainment.

Prior to the music business, Stephen was an award-winning television reporter, host, marketer, and author. He is also a frequent podcast guest and speaker at music, digital and media conferences.

Jessie Prillaman

Project Manager

Jessie manages digital strategy, content creation, editing, and distribution for all of our artists and labels. While she has a mind for business (and Business Administration degree) she is a creative at heart and combined both sides of her brain through the Creative-Innovation-Entrepreneurship Program.

While at the University of Richmond, she was also the captain of the school's D-1 soccer team and brings that same dedication, leadership, and drive to developing successful creative strategies for artists.

She also loves dogs and traveling. Just not always at the same time.
